When you upload a loan estimate, we create an anonymized "scenario" that licensed loan officers can view. This scenario contains only loan-related information (loan amount, rate, fees, property type) and does not include your personal information.

Your name, email, phone number, and other personal information are never shared with loan officers unless you explicitly accept an offer and consent to share your contact information.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption of sensitive data at rest and in transit (AES-256, TLS 1.3)
• Secure authentication with JWT tokens
• Regular security assessments
• Access controls limiting employee access to personal data

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Uploaded documents are automatically deleted after 90 days. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
